Would put Clark in midfield as Delph is banned - put Blancmange Ron back in at centre half - if all the moons are aligned in their vernal equinoxs and by some miracle he is fit. Otherwise same team that started against Citeh.

The revival starts saturday.

2-0 to the Villa - come on !!!!!

Villa win 3-1 and we all relax a bit , until the QPR game. 3 points there and then we beat the bindippers again. Smile.

Play as we have in the last two games and we'll win.

I wonder if he'll start N'Zogbia for this one? After a few promising recent performances, he was back to his annoying self on Monday night in trying to take on three players and losing the ball. He needs to realise he's not Ronaldo.

When a player has been in recent good form, you don't drop them after one poor game.

True, although Lambert dragged him off the other night. Of course he's entitled to a bad game but it's just his constant insistance of trying to take players on and losing the ball that annoys me. He needs to look up and play others players in when they're in a better position than he is. He dose'nt do it enough.

Fully agree with that assessment of him, but he's done more right than wrong of late and we don't really have anyone else that gives us that threat behind Benteke.

Yeah he's been miles better than he was and he's got the ability to help get us out of trouble. He's bloody annoying to watch at times though.

Of the next 2 games I feel that this is the one that we just HAVE to win as I feel that it is the easier of the 2 fixtures especially as our away form has been better. Unfortunately Reading are in an even worse position than ourselves and will obviously be viewing this fixture as a must win game. So it really is an all or nothing game, I don’t think a point does either side any good. Therefore I am not even contemplating a defeat or draw and I am going for 2-3 win to Villa.

well Reading will finish bottom . If there is any chance we are going to stay up , of course a must win , anything else , we deserve and will be down.

Reading 1 Villa 2

late goal by reading to squeak the bums but we should just do it .

Benteke and Weimann

Tough one to predict. A draw seems the obvious outcome but Reading do have a very decent home record, the same as Liverpool at Anfield, only losing 4 times all season. They've lost their last three games so they must realise Saturday is pretty much do or die. Fortunately we're better away from home but it will take a serious level of effort and more importantly concentration if we're to come away with anything.

I'm going for a 1-2 Villa win. Benteke has been quiet for far too long and expect him to return to the goals.
