Anyone know what blocks we've got ?
We've got the whole end but because of our reputation we'll all have a copper or steward sitting next to us and then a row of police at the front filming us.
If anyone does step out of hand though they still won't deal with them there and then, they'll wait a few months then send photos to the Evening Mail and expect people to identify them.

What reputation's that then?
The one that exists in the Wigan Safety Officer's imagination.

Viagogo.....seems strange as I have been on that site daily since Wednesday and there have been none available.

He must have something against Claret and Blue and flourescent Yellow, the bastard.

Any idea what's going on with more tickets? I spoke to someone from the TO yesterday and he didn't seem to think we'd get any more... He did seem a bit clueless about the whole situation though.

You think they'd free the tickets up as the additional income will come in handy when they're getting gates of 3,000 against Doncaster and Millwall next season.

I'm hearing a decision is likely to be made early next week about the extra tickets, after the next set of fixtures. The official line is that we're not hopeful of securing more, however if Wigan are already relegated before the last game (this could happen Tuesday at Arsenal), then there's a chance.

For those interested in Petrov day -

Hello Dominic.  Quick update for you (which you may know already?). A few fans have been in touch with a company called Maskarade based in Coventry.  They have very kindly agreed to print 3,000 Petrov masks free of charge for fans attending the Wigan game.  A group of fans will be putting these on seats before the game.  Best, Russell

Bloody should be as well.  If there's nothing in the game for either us or them, they should be giving us a stack of tickets.
After all, they won't be getting the revenue from 5k visiting fans from many teams next season if they drop will they?

If they come to their senses and hand over more tickets there will be more of us than them at the DW. What a party that will be! I hope that the TV stations keep panning in to Whelan's face throughout the afternoon every time we score and condemn his side to a new life in the division below.

If we win this game we could potentially finish as high as 12th, should other results go our way. These four places would be worth about £3m in merit payments. That would certainly help to keep the feel good factor going during the transfer window.

2,000 tickets please Mr Whelan.

Tell him the stick them where the sun don't shine. If it wasn't good enough last week why should we give him money now?
