A win.

However, we will let at least one goal in (that's inevitable) and we need to be first to the knock downs when it's humped forward to Cole/Carroll, so I'd give Sylla his first game as he, so I'm led to believe, is a defensive midfielder. Could be a big game for him as West Ham are all about Fat Sams teams hoofing it forward and being physical.
