Class player is Benteke. Always ready to attack the defenders and really go at them. If he's still here next season I'll be delighted. Even if we stay up I think he's gonna get poached by a big club. He's unplayable on his day. Looks a potential worldy.

Thats a good second half against Newcastle and a good first half against Everton. What are the chances of a third consecutive good half?! Come on Villa....keep fighting

Our shit half is coming. A one goal lead usually isn't good enough, so if we can make half of our shit half good, we might get away with it.

Bannan's not on the bench.

It still doesn't stop people having a go at him

Need to keep the ball better as always, but lots of positives in that half. KEA a bit of a passenger/liability so far and the one I'd replace if making a change.

Both our goals hit exactly the same spot of their net.

Why do the media and even our manager insist on crossing being driven out of the game!?

Its one of the best and easiest ways to score.

Yellow card?? This ref is a c unt.

You mean the ref as in the Everton crowd?

Ha! They've always been the same, the Goodison lot. I usually go over to watch this one, and they really are a bitchy crowd - they just harangue the ref from start to finish. Annoyingly, it sees to work for them, too.

Wow thats novel - a home crowd trying to influence a ref - maybe we should try it at Villa Park rather than singing "You`re not fit to referee" - thats hardly gonna win him over for ffs.
