Anyone remember the clapping rythym from the early 70s - the good old 3rd division days ?

"clap clap (pause) clap clap (pause) clap clap clap clap clap (slightly quicker) repeat etc..

This has been raised elsewhere today, think you are referring to 'Let's Go' by The Routers.

I think it was clap clap (pause) clap clap (pause) clap clap ( pause) clap clap clap ( quicker) . Almost as you describe it
