Do you mean N'Diaye? He impressed me last night.

I thought his legs looked too small for his torso.

2 points ahead of where I ever expected us to finish at the start of this run.  Incredible that they have taken 20 points since that fateful home defeat to Newcastle (how crucial could that still be).  It's strange at the start of this thread, I was confident we would get out of it, now we are where we are I still think we are in it.....

Madness isn't it. Doing the predictor it all comes down to 2 games, one of which we need to go our way. Norwich and Albion, or us and Wigan.

Come on Harry... Beat the Toon. Please.

I detest Wigan.

Up the Villa.

Cheer up Ozz, we're in a good position at the moment. We'll stay up.

Two points up too on my card. I had us down for 41, but we should surpass that.

Odds on, Wigan will beat Swansea but lose to Arsenal, whilst Villa will lose to Chelsea. If so, in that last game, we would be 2 points ahead with close goal difference. Avoiding defeat would mean safety, plus the potential safety net of other teams below us. On balance, very unlikely to go down now. Thanks, Gabby.

Grrrrr... I am not down, or doom mongering FFS! I am just saying how I see it. All the sides down there have a really win-able fixture. Fulham was ours and we drew, a game we deserved on chances to win, but drew. If the same fate hts Wigan on Tuesday then happy days.

Fulham and Stoke aren't out of it either.

All depends if we roll to Chelsea. If we do, and in this run of excellent form all the top sides have still beaten us, then they are out of it.

We need Stoke to go and beat Sunderland to keep them safe so that we remain at least one win ahead of Sunderland with two left.

True. I honestly think Lambert will have the players wound up for this one more than any other game this season though. Honestly, we really do owe them one.
Even a draw would be a decent result for us.

Looking at the Chelsea game surely Lambert would have to consider leaving Bennet out, i said after the Sunderland game that we should ignore how our defence performed as they were not good going forward but it is
obvious that all opposition managers see Bennet as our main defensive weakness and target him, so who plays left back against Chelsea?

Even so, I would fancy Sunderland to beat Southampton. To be honest 2 draws would be great for us in the Sunderland games, but they are likely to get 3-4 points.

Depends if Clark is fit. If he is, I would put him in at left back.
