Bottom 2, thanks to Chelski throwing away a 2 goal lead.

Reading have spirit and late goals in abundance, Le Fondre who seems to score most of them is going in my FF team.

Wigan know how to survive once we go into March.

QPR are probably signing the best player down there in Samba.

Not looking good but I still think 5 wins will keep us up, West Ham, Reading, Fulham, Sunderland, Norwich. A long shot but still possible.

I agree the Hammers & Norwich are on the slide. Although Norwich's fixtures seem better than West Ham's

Everton (a) - draw - 1 point - Actual points - 1
West Ham (h) Win - 3 points
Arsenal (a) Lose - 0 points
Citeh (h) Lose - 0 points
Reading (a) draw - 1 point
QPR (h) win - 3 points
Liverpool (h) draw - 1 point
Stoke (a) draw - 1 point
Fulham (h) win - 3 points
Manure (a) lose - 0 points
Sunderland (h) - draw - 1 point
Norwich (a) - draw 1 point
Chelsea (h) - lose 0 points.

Lads and lasses, let's stay positive - it's the first point on the board in our plot to escape relegation, just need to beat the Hammers now and we will be rolling!

Our problem is that everyone around us is picking up results and we aren't winning. A draw at Everton isn't a bad result, but in the context of it it's a killer blow.

Looking at some of the posts in this thread it's like stumbling into a meeting of the remainng survivors of the Flat Earth Society.

Whatever gets you through the day I guess.

Attack, attack, attack. Use the width, use the pace we have up top. Sometimes we move the ball around too slowly and without enough drive toward the box.

The defence is beyond hope, so lets outscore people. If we really go for it and expand our play we can score goals. There's plenty of threat in our side with the likes of Benteke, Bent, Gabby, Weimann, Zoggy.

Baker and Vlaar in the centre of defence must be worth a go.

Clark just looks awful there.

Hansen on MOTD was spot on, pointing that out.

That is the further folly of the transfer window policy - we are (in my opinion) literally one decent Centre Half away from survival.

I don't think much of Baker to be honest, his positional sense is awful as well and that's why he's always diving in. However I doubt he can do much worse than Clark at the moment. What is the situation with Dunne?
