The problem is that we have contrived a system here where we not only have no width, we actually have no centre either. We have at least one player hanging around like a spare prick at each end by picking 3 centre backs and two strikers. Given how clear it was what Newcastle were going to do with their midfield, to basically play without any players in the middle third is, I'm afraid, the worst tactical decision possible.

Absolutely spot on.

Bannan is utter shite. Every single one of those players and our management is an embarrassment to the history of the club. We are buried with this team.

The fans are far too tolerant for me. They need to be booing the shit out the club.

I dont fucking believe it, the hotel bar I am in has just put on the theme from that 80's DJ who used to read out sad stories.

Jesus...
No, it wasn't him.

Simon Bates' Our Tune. Master Bates as in wanker as in Paul Lambert.
This is some cheery hotel, playing Edelweiss now...

It's OK guys, we dont need any new signings, we're obviously moving in the right direction with our current squad!

Still 2 days to the end of the transfer window?  Or will it just be a case of "We go again"?!

You know he's going to say it. He's even pig obstinate about his favourite fucking stupid phrase.

He has a lovely smile.

He hasn't killed anyone when drunk behind a wheel of a car.
