What has it come to that I am gutted that Dunn is not in the squad, even in the knowledge he's only been training for 2 weeks after a 6 month lay-off?

I agree. I would probably have gone:

Guvan

Lawton - Dunn - Clarke - Backer

Westward - Bannon

Wyman - Island - Abonglibar

Bentecky

I think the under 13 midfield my nephew plays in could be competitive physically against Bannan and Westwood.

A midfield of Clark, Westwood & Ireland seems the most well-balanced on paper, I'd have to agree. Especially if Ireland could find some sort of form.

Nearly spilt my pint at the last bit

Ha ha! Sorry about that, but you know. Stranger things have happened.

I can't think of any off the top of my head, but I'm sure they have.

Right, i'm off to watch Cabin in the Woods and to try and pretend the Villa aren't playing. There is absolutely no chance I will be back to check on how we're doing. No siree Bob, not a chance in hell.

Who are those guys and which team do they play for? Understand if English is not your first language, but the spelling of names is the same in any language.
