Lerner to meet PL early next week?
« on: January 26, 2013, 12:09:11 PM »
A fellow Villa fan has just e-mailed me with the following:

Just been stated on WM Radio that Lerner has a meeting arranged with Lambert at Bodymoor Heath early next week.

'Everything all right Paul? I don't really understand this soccerball'. 'Yes boss, we pick ourselves up and go again'.

How many meetings do they need to realise we are staring down the barrel.
It's a bit like the scene in Father Ted when Dougal is on the milk float with a bomb, and the other priests keep on saying another mass.

Perhaps he might sack Lambert after the Newcastle defeat? (I predict we'll lose)

My only hope is he knows how to take a corner, and puts on an impromptu training session.

Right at the end of the transfer window.  Figures.

We're not being told the truth.

I do feel a bit sorry for Lambert, I'm willing to bet he's not been given the money he's been promised

Which is a major factor, but it doesn't excuse our defending at corners and appalling, disjointed second half displays.
