Scarves - We should all post them back to Randy as lining for a shit in a box

I think cutting them in half and sending him the 'bright future' half would be better.

This would be a great '£-sign' protest. Everybody bring their scarves with 'Bright Future' crossed out.

Mind you, I do remember when we were playing in the lower divisions and (as a youngster) not giving a royal toss. As long as Villa beat Chester I was happy.

Devils advocate question warning :

As long as the club exist and as long as we win does it matter what league we're in? Wouldn't you still feel happy?

Hypothetical choice......
10 wins, 16 losses, 13th place in the PL...... Or
28 wins, 4 losses, league champions in  championship?

which would you prefer, but which get most pleasure from?

Lambert has refused to take questions from Mat Kendrick from the mail. It would appear the mail open letter hasn't gone down too well. This off the back of will he won't he attend the PC on Thursday and it doesn't appear he is actually "thriving"

Happy if he is sacked or walked now. Enough is enough
It's the start of the lockdown,it started with the PR guy on WM.

So we lost a game after a goal was scored near the end. We were heading for a replay from the sort of display that we have seen countless times in a cup from a Villa team as long as I have been watching and that is about 40 years.  Our players are a little fragile at the moment more so than I have ever seen another Villa team like this. However we are NOT in the bottom 3 and not too late  to turn it around. It will take just one result one spark to set us on our way. This could happen on Tuesday or the following match.
Don't lose the faith and hope and turn up on Tuesday to support the boys. uTV.

Well said, I will be there supporting the team, I never wanted PL in the summer but he is our manager and I want him to see the job through, I am sure he can bring us brighter times.

That'd be fine if it was in isolation. If we'd lost one game unfortunately then yes I completely agree. Unfortunately our games seems so be in the same horrendous cycle of despair. I support Villa and I want us to win and nothing would make me happier than for Lambert to turn it round. It's just he's shown nothing to suggest he can do that.

His body language tonight said a lot. He cut a sad figure,  uninvolved,  no energy or passion.  We got the now customary chant of  "You're getting sacked..." from the opposition fans but this time it looked as though PL believed it

I think it's time for the Mail to dig out the Villa badge torn in half picture.

Well i admit we are not an amazing team and we are struggling. And i understand others seen the relegation thing but i wont give up ever ! Its very sad we re not champions league challengers no more but Lambert needs our support right now !

tell that to the freezing fans making the trip home tonight

not my place to tell other fans. I live in London and made choice not to go more because of personal safety issue. Respect to those who went!

Safe as houses mate. Police are incredibly well organised there.

Biggest  issue is being kept in 30 minutes to get the train back to London Bridge. That and the tripe on the pitch....
