I'm going for a Villa win

Interesting stat - Millwall's heaviest ever defeat was 9-1. Against Villa. In The Cup

It wouldn't come as any surprise if they reversed that scoreline. I'd back any team in the top 5 divisions to beat Villa at the moment. I reckon we must be the worst team in professional football.

I know its hard to be positive at the moment but can we all try and make as much noise as possible tomorrow, their fans will be well up for it and will create a cracking atmosphere, we cant be out sung by 10,000 home fans.
Maybe a 45 minute rendition of Claret and Blue Army.

Could actually be a blessing for us , no TV coverage and only 1000 fans going so really no pressure maybe the players will perform better.

Can't believe I'm saying this about playing Millwall, but I'm afraid this will be painful.  2-0 defeat.

I genuinely don't believe that any Villa fans don't care about this game. You may not now but come kick-off tomorrow I'm sure you'll be willing them on.

Obviously we would all rather win it but most of us won't be too bothered should we lose. If you told me we could lose 4-0 to Millwall but beat Newcastle 1-0, I would bite your hand off.

Bollocks to them, quite frankly.  Win and it's one more game that we could do without.  Lose and it's another sad humiliation.

All round improvement for this one than of late.

So just a 1-0 loss.

Of course, I couldn't agree more.

That said wouldn't it be nice to win both? Reading this thread some people appear to think not.
