As a player who was subbed or bombed out for years (in particular after his injury) I think he has some justification for taking the money and running.

I will also say he seemed genuinely angry with Sherwood / Lambert at being subbed every single game even if he had played alright. He seemed to have that "Dammit I just want to play" look about him as he was inevitably hooked 10 mins before the end.

Why was he subbed every game and bombed out? Why have three consecutive managers come to the conclusion that he is of no use to the squad? Because his contributions have been nowhere near good enough in terms of product or effort. He even asked on Twitter yesterday why people thought he should have to chase and work for the ball!!!

If anyone in any normal job put the lack of effort in and produced the lack of performance he has they would have got a warning, a written warning and the sack. This arsehole gets millions of pounds instead. No, that's not his fault but his lack of any personal moral fortitude and standards is. He couldn't give a flying f***k.

I very much doubt he cares what you think. I've just seen his Twitter page. He has a picture of a sinking ship called No Worries as his page header. Says it all.

Personally, I've never really been a fan.

Has there been a series of overnight lobotomies? What has Nzogbia ever done or shown to suggest he cares about playing for Aston Villa? Have you watched him play? Have you read his guff? Every single manager he's had has given him some time to show what he can do and every single manager has ended up keeping him as far away from the team as possible. Imagine fighting for your Premier league lives right now and having ''baller'' Nzog standing still waiting for the ball whilst daydreaming.

He's a prick and we have been pricks for paying him.

I was quite pleased when we signed him, he had come off the back of a really good season at Wigan where he almost single handedly kept them up.

One of the more disappointing signings of recent years.

Unfortunately it was the usual of us signing a player who had performed well for few games which was the exception, when the rest of his career had been pretty poor which was the norm. See Ireland, one good season his whole life, same for this waster.

If that is true, then it lifts him up to Hodge level.

Fucking tool. No wonder we are where we are. I wonder what the club think of this and if there's anything they can do? Save a couple of weeks wages with a fine perhaps?
