The first goal is absolutely critical, whoever scores it goes through, simple as that!

Is there any concern of this match being postponed? That would really grind my gears if it was.

A word of advice. That bloke who said stick to Broad Street and Edgbaston was talking shite. Your pubs are also better than ours and your curries aren't.

our pubs are better? all the city centre pubs are dives but all bcfc pubs so we dont mind if i came from another town i dont think i would be very impressed! where did you go for a curry? some are disgusting but a couple really are top notch

It will depend on the weather between now and Tuesday. I'm not even bothering checking the forecasts, when I checked yesterday we were due a light sprinkling of snow in Brum today. Have a sneaky suspicion that we've had a tad more than that.

The fact there were no postponements in the PL games this weekend, despite all the snow, means I'd be surprised now if this one gets called off.

The forecast is snow all day on Tuesday but the forecast has been wrong for the past two days.

We could be struggling with midfield, so maybe it's time for young Carruthers to be unleashed. I'd rather see him in there than Ireland anyway!

As for the outcome, it depends which Villa turn up and how long they decide to give a shit for doesn't it?

I don't know what it has been like in Brum, but here it has snowed all day. Quite literally, not stopped once.

I went out earlier and the major problem wasn't so much the snow still falling, it was that overnight, the snow and slush which had gathered had all frozen over, and was horrible to walk on.

The same. Although it has started to turn to sleet.

Yep.
Son's school has already sent a warning text that they'll probably be shut tomorrow.
The Classroom assistant could barely disguise her glee on Friday when she told me
'I doubt we'll open the school Monday.'

They don't need to clear snow from the pavements leasing to the ground either. Albion / The council didn't bother and that got played.

Sky will make sure the game goes ahead regardless of conditions.
Poor bastards at Leicester had to play Friday night and it obliterated the attendance.
