I suppose it's a credit to our defenders today, but they seem to be taking a lot of long shots today, West Brom. Which seems strange, as Guzan is more than decent at that part of the game.

Great first half, we deserve this.

That said if there's one team in world football who can fcuk this up it's us.

WBA won't be as bad in the second half surely?

The best game N'Zogbia has played for us, this. He's looking like the player I hoped we'd signed. Hope he can keep it up.
This.
completely agree. if we can get him firing like this every game we will shoot up the table

As good a 45 as we've had this season. THIS is where we go again.

Bravo - I've got this strange feeling of contentment. I've not felt it for some time with Villa. I think I like it.

Best half of the season??

Definitely. If we hold on to this, or improve on it, then I have to say I'll have some faith restored in Lambert.

Fantastic first half we need to keep it tight for 15-20 minutes when they come back out.  I am so nervous even at 2-0 I feel sick.

We look so much more comfortable with Vlaar back. Overall, we've been aggressive and dynamic going forward, yet calm and assured at the back.

The most dominant I've seen Villa in a long, long time. Fantastic half!
