Walsall have more claim to that title than they do.

I'd be quite happy for our next few games to be postponed due to bad weather. Give us time to get in our new lads, nurse our remaining absentees back to health and give the young lads a bit of a break/more time to put things right on the training field.
Our poor form and injuries pile-up just had to fucking coincide with the busiest time of the season.

This is what Clarke said after the match...

"But as a group, we know what we are trying to do. There's no better team to try and turn it around than against Aston Villa at the weekend."

Now, if I were Lambert I would pin this up in the changing room and say that the little shower down the road are taking the piss out of you.
What are you going to do about it?

Having the piss taken out of them usually just leads to another thrashing, if recent games are anything to go by.

He meant it in terms of a Derby, but I agree Maz, I would twist it to say they are the taking the piss, ram it down their sniggering throats and get the 3 points we are in fucking dire need of.

To be honest I took that to mean because it's a derby rather than because he thinks it will be easy for them.

To celebrate their highlight of the last 25 years. Us losing 8-0.

This is how it feels to be Albion

Looking at the forecast for friday and saturday i would not be at all surprised if the game is postponed , the west midlands could be hit by really heavy snow over the next 5 or 6 days and football  may well be a victim.

With temperatures likely to remain below freezing as we head into the weekend, a wall of Polar air will meet the rain that will edge towards our region on Friday, turning readily to snow, driven by a strong south-easterly wind into blizzards over the hills of warwickshire. This snow may well persist throughout the day and overnight into Saturday, with futher snowfalls likely over the weekend. We may not have to rely on anecodotal memories of deep snow in our region for very much longer!

It looks as if it will be bitterly cold over the weeken into next week, with some forecast models expecting it to remain cold into mid-February

Not too many Premiership games cancelled due to weather these days, except if it's dodgy for fans

I know how you hate  being caught out without your brolly clamps! :)
If the snow is as bad as forecast then i guess conditions could be deemed  dangerous to fans , regardless of the pitch .

Shows how bad things are if we have to hope for match postponements. Would be helpful though.

I'm hoping for a match postponement against Bradford! That's how bad things have become!
lol
