We look like we've just accepted defeat.

Yes we do.  Just unbelievably poor all across the pitch.

We look like we wouldn't score if we played all night.

I started going 'down the Villa' in the 60's and have seen some shit in my time but I don't ever remember being as fucked off as this.  Perhaps it's because if we go down now it will be impossible to get back up for a long time and by then the financial gap will be impossible to close.

Given the results as they stand, I think we're fooked.

Wigan have shown in the past few years that they can pick things up in just enough time to get out of trouble. That's my fear with us. I just don't see it happening at all.

I did trust in Lambo. He was my first choice - but it hasn't worked. Whether it's all his fault or not, the club's short term future of staying up is the main priority. If he can't do it, find someone that will.

Yes, this is the worst possible season to be relegated.

You'd think our owner would realise this.

We are bringing on a player from Chesterfield, the great Villa hope.

The other thing with Wigan is they arguably have a better starting XI than we do.

We're not playing in midweek so you have a week before you have to watch us again?
