Get Holman and N'Zogbia off and bring on Bannan and Gabby.
We are as threatening as a half delated balloon.

Id get Holman off for a start

I can't see how sacking the manager will change anything. This team is simply not good enough. What is needed and we all know it is a couple of solid experienced players in the spine of the team to get them going again.
I honestly think Lambert has a plan long term but he has to be backed in the transfer window. Without backing we are down.
Lerner is a businessman surely he knows the cost of relegation will be far higher then the cost of bringing in some experienced pro's,

Lerner over to you.

I used to think there would be three teams worse. I just don't see it right now that there is. It's not about quality as much as it is about confidence and belief. We simply have none it appears

This isn't rocket science: we need several quality players.  Lambert's talking about not spending big but that is exactly what is required.  Lerner / Faulkner must see that surely?

Regardless of how this game finishes unless we sign at least 3 decent players next week we are going down.

Lambert is stubborn like o Neill - he won't go for warnock, Hutton or makoun, he will say "we"ll be fine , we go again"

Holman has been near invisible.

he put a half decent cross in the first few minutes and since turned into David Hunt

Sacking the manager won't make any difference, which is why we're fucked.

Too many players who will either never be good enough, or won't be good enough for a while yet.

Lambert needs to go if we lose this I'm afraid - we are going down as things stand
Who in their right mind would replace him?
Exactly. There are no suitable candidates out there. And, even if there were, they'd still be saddled with the squad we've got.

I would challenge anybody to oversee a more disastrous month than Paul Lambert has just done.

Holman off, Bannan on.  At least he's changed it.

And that comes down to the manager
