I will be at Dublin airport at 3pm on saturday, so i will be totally oblivious to whats going on at villa park for the first time in years, hopefully that will bring a change of luck for us, so i go for a 2-0 win for us.

I just hope when i get back to england i have a nice scoreline to return too..heres hoping anyway!

We need to win this. If we lose we might well go down.

If the performance is as limp as many predict and Lambert is sacked then we will go down, I think, regardless of who comes in, unless anyone is deluded enough to still think we can get the likes of Mourinho.

Well Pep has come out this week and said he is ready to resume his coaching career!!

N'Zogbia is selfish and shit,

Clark,Baker and Bannan are not good enough, but have to play, as there is no one else.

Warnock is the best defender at the club that is fit, he is ready and willing to play, but is training with the kids without an explanation.

Even though I'm depressed as fuck with Villa, there is still that light at the back of my mind that is optimistic we will win, 2-1 Villa.

Hmmm. He blew hot and cold last night but our best chances, particularly in the 1st half came from him. Would like to see what he's like with corners

N'Zogbia is one of the few that looked up for it. At least he tried to make things happen.

The team has finally driven out any enthusiasm I have. I just cant take another humiliating loss to a crap team. At some point the score will show up and I will see it, but I cant watch the match, this last month has beat the hope out of me.

At this stage, I would take an eleven-men-behind-the-ball 0-0 draw.

A clean sheet?  Us?

Good god, yes please.

I wouldn't take that, because the situation is so desperate that we really need to win this. A draw is still inadequate.

It's possibly the Villa masochist in me, but I am actually looking forward to this game now.
