Nope not me. I think I know the ruck sack bloke He used to get the same early train as me ...the 5.58 from Hayes. I never spoke to him though as he looked so fkn miserable. Mind you we all probably do....

Glad it's not you because I did try to strike up a conversation with him once and he was a miserable twat. It was the morning after the Spurs debacle last season. He hadn't been to the game and he hadn't watched it on Sky. Felt like taking his ruck sack off him and telling him he didn't deserve it....

Maybe Greg Nash has moved darn sarrrfffff? winky thing

With respect, it's changed a hell of a lot there since then. From the station at South Bermondsy away fans walk through a cage straight into the ground. As a Leeds supporting friend said to me, it's so well policed down there now you won't even see a Millwall fan if you go by train or coach until you're in the ground. If you're seeking the adrenalin rush you used to get by going there he suggests zip-wiring in from the top of The Shard!

Fair enough, a lot can change in ten years. Sounds like more reason than ever to travel by train though.

What a sodding joke picking the Man U one is. At home? Against Fulham or Blackpool? Ooh the excitement. If West Ham win at least it might be more competitive but hardly a thrilling prospect either.

Yes but they can drone on about the romance of the Cup and how famous Fulham and Blackpool are with Johnny Haynes and Stanley Matthews. Great players, legends no doubt, but Fulham and Blackpool have not won a great deal between them in over 100 years of football.

Think I read somewhere that the last 20' odd or maybe even 30 something FA Cup ties Man U have been in have been shown on TV.  Now that really means that the TV money is getting an even'ish distribution doesn't it!!!!

I've always hated Friday night football mostly due to Ian Rush

Remember it well. Match of the Day showed one of his goals at the start of every show for absolutely ages after.

FYI millwall are charging home fans £20/£25 and a fiver for kids for the cup tie (less than league prices).

Would rather it had been on Saturday. But I guess living in London, it won't make too much difference to me personally. I hope it doesn't effect the amount of Villans coming down though. A Millwall fan I know is quite confident we will get the full allocation of 4,000.

me too but noted tube strikes ! And i dont go over east end way. Annoying we have game on tues then this massive game ..
The next 3 soton., bradford, milwall say alot about where we are goin
