Albrighton, Herd, Delph, Bennett and Clark have been fucking awful.

Our 'defending' consists of Swansea passing it around us before someone desperately throws them self in front of a shot.

As it has been against other teams for a few weeks now.

No one thinks good Hilts, just that there is more to it than him to blame solely. We have been the perfect storm of shit management from O'Neill, poor appointments from the board, too much more sanctioned in wages and until this season no coherent plan for how to move the club forward. Unfortunately injuries and under performance of the more seasoned players has turned this season into a real nightmare for all concerned. Lets hope we can get out of it eventually. 2 central defenders and a big hard midfield player are the minimum requirements.
What is this "coherent plan"?

and then whacking it away.
I see kids in the park play with more finesse and composure.

We need somebody, anybody with a little bit of experience and influence to be out there. Right now they are all looking around at each other for help and none of them have the ability to provide it. Lambert is accountable for a lot of this but it's really not as though the other available players would make much of a difference.

I don't know if he's doing the best he can, but he can't be happy either. He's been around the game at a high level for long enough to see that this lot are getting battered and what he's not going to want is for it to go so long that they are permanently damaged by this. So with that I really, really hope Randy being in town to see this is going to prompt action that will be decisive.

I'm not even confident that Lambert should be given any more money.  He took a team that the hopeless McLeish kept up, and wasted £20m on a stupid experiment of getting loads of kids.  Well, you reap what you sow, and this team is his, and it's getting what it deserves, ie battered.

I don't want to make excuses for the bloke, but it would help if Vlaar, Gabby, Bent, Dunne to name four were playing. I know having those three, plus one or two of the older heads won't win us the league but we weren't getting battered either earlier in the season. The heads have gone, and as much as you can point at Lambert for a lot of things he's been unlucky with injuries. Again, not an excuse, but the truth.

You think that buying a load of underperforming kids constitutes a coherent plan?  It's madness.  Lowest scorers and worst defence.  Lambert is clueless.

Every player out there looks like well, they don't want to be out there...every impression I get from their body language is I don't really care

Kick and hope against a promoted team, with no belief what so ever - that is unexcusable - and now i want Lambert out.

Our Premier League status will give, unless something massive happens.
