This is shocking now. It seems once our lot lose their heads we go completely to shit. Happened at Southampton, Man City and now today. Youth is great when it's doing well, but a complete nightmare at the other end of the spectrum.

Most worrying is that it could easily have been far far more , Chelsea have missed a few sitters and Guzan has made some good saves too.

Whatever goodwill was in the bank last week, just evaporated, this is a disgraceful performance.

We look like the team who's tired. They are quicker on the ball and making us look really poor.

Ireland has contributed nothing and our two on form strikers are woeful today

Ireland who put the through ball in , the closest we have come to scoring .

I must have blinked, I didn't see a through ball that even looked like a scoring chsnce

We've conceded 7 goals and Guzan has been our best player. What does that say about the other 10 useless bastards.

shocking decision from dowd, harsh anyway, already 5 -0 where's the fucking need, it was at most 50-50

It was soft but it was from behind. Bet we wouldn't have been given it though
We'd have had to get into their penalty area first.

I REALLY hope this doesn't shatter our young lads.

Hopefully a couple of them will think about a career change.

Herd, I have serious doubts about.

He's not very good.

He's not bad either. Apart from Guzan, the whole team have been poor today.

He is never good enough to start for our side in any position though.

Yes, Paul, I know you don't like him.

I think this is the worst defeat in my 35 years watching villa., I remember 7-1 at Chelsea and 6-0 at forest.
