We've got a McGregor statue and we've got statues of Lions, why not have have a water feature for a bit of difference?

Nice!  "Ground Force Special"!

Whilst a very good shout, Rinder's of a similar generation to McGregor and it'd be nice to recognise another time in our history.

Mortimer holding the European Cup is also a great shout but I'm not a fan of building statues of people who are still alive.

Anyway, how much do statues cost?  I'd personally rather the money was spent on building a team to recreate the Mortimer moment.

I don't think the cost of a statue would affect team building very much.

As the architect of Villa's greatest achievements of the modern era, it has to be Ron Saunders for me.

Oh and for the blues a statue of that gypsy putting a curse on No Pride Park, so they'd have a permanent excuse for being shite.

I say we unite the city for once.

A massive statue in the city center of a football fan with his head in his hands a scarf about to fall off his shoulders.

"Dedicated to those who have suffered for this city"

Maybe a montage of all the 82 winning team with Mortimer in the middle? Seems a bit unfair just have him. For example, Withe's pose as he's in the back of the Bayern goal.

Or Nigel Callaghan blowing up a condom on his head...?

Hopefully that scene would become quickly outdated over the next few years.

Sid Cowans riding a Lion, driving a lance through some Blues.

I saw Sid in Tesco Express in Shenstone the other week.  To my eternal shame, I was too awestruck to say hello.

This is a bit petty but what about Dion nutting Savage. It would be a statue that most football fans could enjoy not just us.

If we did have another statue then something to do with winning the European cup would get my vote.
