We're capable of winning, but whether we will or not is a different matter, but, the important bit is that we can win.

I reckon we'll win, lose or possibly draw.

Won't Cahill be suspended on Sunday?

Think they'll pretty much play their reserves tomorrow night so they may not be as knackered as they might have been come Sunday. We rode our luck a bit first 30 minutes against 'The Mighty Reds YNWA', but the Chavs have better finishers than them, so think we'll come away with nul points. Sadly 3-1 to them

Chelsea tired all ready and not in a very positive frame of mind could well be turned over by Leeds tomorrow night. The team spirit is not apparent at the moment. With Drogba gone John Terry injured and Frank Lampard just coming back from injury we must have a really good chance on Sunday.

Benteke will make mincemeat of pretty boy Luiz and even if Terry is declared fit he will not be operating at 100% which he needs to be against the big man.

Torres may be in one of his sulky moods and of course Rafa will be getting it in the neck from his own fans!

The tide may be turning for Aston Villa.

Perhaps a recall for Hunter and Giles tommorow night might be a good idea with Bremner directing operations from above.

Won't Cahill be suspended on Sunday?

I was guessing he would be available on the basis that red cards in European games don't affect domestic competitions.

I'm not sure what he will be banned from as it was a FIFA rather than EUFA or FA competition.

If it is only future World Club games then he has nothing to worry about. Unless he re-joins Villa of course.

Cahill's suspended for the Leeds game, not ours. Hopefully Leeds take Chelsea to extra tima and beat them on penalties.

I don't think Benitez is daft enough to play Luiz at centre-back against Benteke- will be Ivanovic and Cahill if Terry's still out. Shame!

1-1

3-3 thriller, us going 3-0 down in the first half followed by a resplendent comeback in the 2nd with tekers, weimann and Westwood all scoring wonder goals.

A draw for me, if they play a second eleven against Leeds tomorrow.

Score 1-1, Holman with another blaster  ;D

A Chelsea loving, incompetent referee will ruin it and send Guzan off for handball inside the box, in the third minute.

So: them 1 us 0

I'd take a repeat of the G-Hou 3-3 draw there two years ago. Emule having a stormer and Albrighton setting-up Clacker for a last gasp equaliser. Nice feeling, which evaporated after swiftly being followed by an awful 0-1 home defeat to Sunderland.
