In London, it's freezing and foggy, not that this has any relevance whatsoever.

In my living room the central hearing is on and I have a warm mug of tea and I'm moving no further than the kitchen/bog/radio between now and full time, not that this has any relevance whatsoever.

Come on the Villa !

Salmon parcel in the oven, bottle of advocaat at the ready and counting down to kick off - cant wait!

Balti in the slow cooker, beer in the fridge and radio 5 live xtra at the ready. Come on you Villa boys.

Quote
But those travelling to and from Carrow Road this evening for Norwich City’s Capital One cup clash against Aston Villa shouldn’t have too many problems.

Phil Garner, from Norwich-based Weatherquest, said: “It’s going to be cold this evening but it will be dry and clear all the way through the game.

“The air is just so dry at the moment that there won’t be ice or frost and the paths and pavements running up to the ground will be ok.”

He continued: “Temperatures during the game will fall close to below freezing so a good scarf, hat and thick coat are in order for those going to Carrow Road tonight. But hopefully there will be enough excitement to keep the fans warm.”

Pet hate of mine. Weather forecasters treating people like 6 years olds and telling them how to dress !

be sure to wrap up warm mate

Otherwise you'll catch your death.

And make sure you pull your hat down over your ears to keep the heat in.

Remember to take your hat and coat off in the pub though, else you won't feel the benefit when you go outside.

If I'm not able to find the game on......hmmmmmmm......... "Teletext" (nod, nod, wink, wink), then it'll be R5 Sports Extra whilst also reading the Danny Baker book

I think I'll plump for wm ahead of sports xtra with Woodward as an emergency last resort.

Randy has flown in for this one apparently

His jet landed at Birmingham at 08.10 hours yesterday morning, and left after 13.00 hours today.

Since they took away Ceefax looking around for a decent teletext service has been  a massive ballache.

I've just let my heart rule my head and had a flutter on us to go through. I think it may go beyond 90 minutes though, maybe even Guzan the penalty hero again.

Perhaps he's just dropped Robbie Keane off at BH
