We've lost our shape and cohesion completely now. Ireland can help us regain that. We've had some brilliant chances tonight still. Couple of great corners from bannan there

I like Weimann a lot but he's been gash tonight, and Gabby's been little better.  It needs a change.  When I saw the starting 11 without Ireland I knew we'd struggle to create many clear chances. We really do look devoid of confidence and ideas.

The football's better than last year under McLeish.  It isn't of course, but thought I'd try.
