We look nervous and in need of Vlaar and Petrov in the side for experience that is all.

We have created 3-4 good opportunities too.

And if Bent was in the side we may well be 1 up, but lets not pretend the football would be better!

This has to be one of the worst halves of top flight football ever.  Both teams are dire.
You seem to have forgotten last year....

That was desperately poor.

Really not good enough. We look like a team that deserves to go down.

Funny old game, more composure and we could be 2 up and coasting. By the same token so could Reading.

jeepers creepers, we are dire. We're making Jason Roberts look like Pele and Weiman can't find the net from underneath the crossbar.  Nurse.....

I think VP could turn on Lambert tonight. Fair enough to leave out Bent and Ireland when it works, but he is looking ridiculously stubborn in the face of the clear evidence that we need experience and quality. He has some serious questions to answer.

Couldn,t agree more

Well I'm having a cup of tea and the first mince pie of the winter.  Too soon, I know, but that's what Lambert has driven me to.

So, what's anyone eating during HT. Any Reggae Reggae sauce recipes?
I am thinking of eating my testicles, more fun than watching that.  Mind you it is an improvement on last year...

Really ba so far. Partly down to nerves I think. But stick one of our two great chances away and I think we'd be more confident. We both look lik we're in the right place in the league at the moment don't we?

Ireland on for me, no question. There's so much space in an around their defence! Weinann's effort was hopeless. His movement has been very good but his footwork awful so far.

Leaving Bent out of the squad was stupid. If we lose he has egg on his face. And, if he has to bring him in for the next game Bent owes him absolutely nothing.

I am praying PL is a genius and we look back in years on this as a turning point when we were left marvelling at the bold decision of a manager. As it stands, it is in the balance.

true but goals win games. How many times have seen the top teams have a off day and then they have that player to nick a goal.

Mind, we have a lot of off days .

Respect. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have bothered.
