I have no idea how we'll play tonight. We're capable of prolonged spells of more than decent play, but are also capable of putting in 90 minutes that stink as much as any 90 under McLeish.

I think we've turned a corner.  We will win comfortably.

Watching Villa play is very much like buying a ticket to the midweek lottery

We're a way better Footballing team as last season. However, we still can't defend.

Unless they play on a Saturday, then it's like buying one for the Saturday lottery.

Just a win please!

Oh, and a performance to show we are improving and can move away from the reg zone. My stomach is all squirty just thinking about tonight....

How do you guys think Bent would do as one of our two inside forwards, as opposed to the central forward (Benteke is much more suited to that role IMO)?

Precisely. With just 7.5 hours to kick off I'm starting to feel nervous now. Used to get like this before European midweekers.

Hoping we can get an early goal to settle the nerves a little.

I'm hoping we score 3 goals early, that'll really settle the nerves.

I'm worried about this one, we are at home, we are under pressure and we are on telly. God knows knows how this will turn out. The team is very unpredictable.
A win will set us up for the next two games.

I can see a few goals tonight.  Both teams have conceeded 22 goals thus far and a draw is pretty meaningless (altho will suit Reading more with a game in hand).

3-2 Villa (Benteke, Bent and Gabby)
