Massive game. If the fans can't make some noise inside Villa Park for this then I fucking despair.

You are a caution, bell-end.

Huge game all things considered. Win, take confidence into the weekend, win again and look upwards. Lose and bite nails and scratch heads.

This makes no sense.

We must win this game. Come on villa, a clean sheet and a Benteke brace.

Please.

At this point of the season I don't think it is quite as important as the Bolton match was and I would liken it more to the midweek game against QPR last season.  That ended 2-2 and I can see a similar result on Tuesday, especially if Vlaar is out.

If Vlaar is out I can see us getting bullied at the back - really hope this isn't our QPR Southampton game where QPR froze (they didn't turn up despite knowing the magnitude of the match) and well, you know the rest (although obviously I don't think we're gonna get rid of our manager and I don't think our team are a load of under performing mercenaries). I've a feeling we may be in for a rough ride Tuesday - hope I'm wrong.

If I were Lambert I'd keep news on vlaar on the down low unless he's definitely fit.  Could affect readin tactics.

Sad thing is you can imagine all the Reading fans saying the exact same thing as we are....

"Must win, a winnable game, there not very good, if we play like we did against x team then we should beat them!"

Villa have the habit of playing to the level of who were are playing so I think a nervous 1-1 or a narrow 2-1 victory

Providing I can get finished in Winchester by four, which will be tight, I'm gonna go.

I'm struggling to get to games at the moment, but this is a team I want to support.

4-1 Villa.

Benteke x 4.

A must win game like Bolton at home last season.
Then again we lost that and still stayed up.
