Bottom three, and we can't say it isn't deserved.  We're absolutely shit.

You can't help but wonder at some of the decisions. Funny how neither Barry or Toure got yellow cards for their challenges. I bet if a Villa player puts in an identical challenge he gets booked.
Just bad decisions PWS.  Happen every week, by the hundred, and have done for years and years and years.  I just don't believe there's a conspiracy of corrupt officials behind them.

I'm sure there's no corruption, if there was money changing hands there's no way the decisions would be so blatant. It's just a huge amount of bias shown by all officials towards the clubs at the top of the table. It may not even be intentional, but it's just as damaging.

I should probably have said I meant bias more than corruption. Sickens me to see it though even when it isn't us on the receiving end.

No doubt Lambert will say
'We gave everything and i'm proud of the players'
Meanwhile another Scot works wonders with the Stripeyfilth.

They will go down within 3 years. Clark is enjoying what Hogson put in place, but no way will it last beyond this season. 13 games does not make him a good manager.
Maybe not, but we'll be down before them.
We must have the worst midfield in this division.

We do for sure, but I would not swap Lambert for Clarke in a month of Sundays. Lambert will get it right at Villa, if going down happens, it happens. He is a good manager IMO, and losing the last 2 doesn't change it. January might bring some midfield too.

It's very worrying the way we completely capitulate when we concede a goal. The only games we have won the other team hasn't scored.

What really fucks me off is that decision totally changed the game. At 1-0 we were still in it despite not playing well. As soon as that penalty went in it was game over.

I wouldn't say it totally changed the game as city were on top but it certainly killed the game for us.

But that's what I mean. We were still in it, City while on top weren't playing particularly well and we were causing the odd problem. One decision later and it's game over. To me that's totally changing the game as the mentality of both sets of players will have changed the second that penalty hit the net.

Let's not make excuses for Lambert, he's been shit so far, and if he takes us down he should be publicly flogged on the pitch.  Next to that turd Lerner, and the ginger pillock Faulkner.

If we go down this season it would be a disaster. Have you seen the size of the new Prem tv contract? We'll be cut adrift for years and years, possibly forever.

We've stunk this division out for some time now, it will be no more than we deserve.

Being 2-0 down in whatever circumstances is no excuse to give up.  Man U certainly didn't last week.

This just makes last weeks result even more frustrating and painful.

We need in January:

a proper experienced defensive midfielder

an experienced fullback

an experienced central defender

a goal scoring attacking midfielder

a couple of wide midfielders

And by experienced I mean international class for a decent national side and / or Premier League experience.  Preferably both.

I disagree, he is trying to change things. You have the patience of a dying gnat desperate for a quick shag.

When we go down, Lambert will be out.
But the real problem at the club is Cunty Lerner, the man is an ineffectual moron.
Faulkner is just an untalented shop window performing monkey.
