I'm still in no doubt that we'll get relegated, Arsenal will tear us a new arsehole next week.

Top work Lerner, you useless waste of skin.

Based on losing to the current champions, after having 2 dubious penalties given against us? Get a grip, this game changes nothing.

Two shocking decisions, but that doesn't alter the fact that we have been absolutely shite.  I'd say we'll be exceedingly lucky if we stay up this season.  So much for "if we play like we did against Man U we'll be OK".  We never, ever do though.  Fucking livid, both with the linesman and out shite team.  Bollocks to it all.

Yes.

Bannan is and always has been, not good enough for the Premiership.

I didn't expect us to win here and they're a better team than us obviously. But there's a big difference between being fairly beaten and being put out of the game by an incompetent official

That is a total fucking disgrace. The linesman must be bent.

Unless you're speaking of Darren, that kind of insult really isn't on.

You do realise bent in this context means corrupt?

Did not, sorry Rigadon for the accusation. Never heard it in that context before.

It's an older saying. Often used on TV in the 70's. I still use it sometimes. Here is a definition of it.

bent
1. An individual who abuses his/her position of power, or operates on the periphery of legality
"That copper is as bent as a nine pound note."

I knew it must have been an older saying! Sorry for the confusion, I'm only young.

You can't help but wonder at some of the decisions. Funny how neither Barry or Toure got yellow cards for their challenges. I bet if a Villa player puts in an identical challenge he gets booked.
Just bad decisions PWS.  Happen every week, by the hundred, and have done for years and years and years.  I just don't believe there's a conspiracy of corrupt officials behind them.
