Law of averages says he won't even make it with us, let alone a 'big club.'

I think he's getting a tad ahead of himself.

Over excitable kid, nothing to get het up about.

Hopefully he's another player we can make a big profit on.

He's 16, he's talking in a foreign language and some of you want him hanged for one over-excitable comment.

Come on dave, if anything the comment you have just made is over- excitable, nobody wants him hanged .

Yes, "Fuck off now if he wants to" and "cancel his contract and tell him to do one" are real terms of endearment.

But Dave Im not endeared to him at all. Hes Swedish and no doubt speaks excellent English as most swedes do.
Im just totally fed up of money grabbing young kids and their agents. They sicken me!

Profit, really? I suppose that is where we are are, rather than looking at new players who we can build a team with for success, it's about how much money we can make out of them?

Give the guy a chance, he's 16 and made a bit of a silly statement. That's all, if he's a success for us then brilliant.

Maybe he'll fall in love with the club after a short while and will go on to have 15 very successful years here.

As it is at the moment there's more chance that he wont make it than he will become the superstar he thinks he might become.

Indeed Mark.  If he's good enough to have broken through into the first team in 4 or 5 years time, then we can remind him of his remarks.

I seem to recall Bannan saying something similar on a social media sites a few years back? Can't remember precisely what though. It's just an ill-advised quote but its probably standard fare amongst young footballers with dreams of playing at the very top.

He can say that all he likes for me - if we ever see him take the pitch in a first team match then he's put the hard yards in, unlike so many next big things. And if a 'bigger' club come calling, he'll have done enough for us already.

Plays for a club called Larje Angered it would appear but I cannot identify him from You Tube uploads for his club. Has anyone found a picture of him or footage of him playing.

At 16 has he played for their 1st team yet? At least our European scouts seem to be working hard to find young talent.

It's not so much this player saying that which gets on my tits, it is the sense of entitlement and arrogance of a lot of young footballers that gets on my tits.

I think he'll almost certainly have a harsh awakening when he comes here into the Academy and realises it's not quite as easy to just move into the first team. Even if this isn't a "bigger club".

Succeed or fail, he'll probably be driving a Merc Amg within a year.
I remember seeing Darren Byfield driving a very expensive motor when he was still in our youth team.It struck me then as very wrong that a kid should have access to the finance required to buy such a vehicle

My sister worked for Hunters estate agents, and asked me if the Villa had a player called Samuel. I said I thought so, the name was familiar although he hadn't played in the first team and I wasn't sure as I wasn't much of reserve watcher in those days. She said he'd been in to ask about houses in the £250k-range. They sent him to look at a few but none were suitable as he needed a double-garage. He ended up paying £300k for one. That would have been over ten years ago I would have thought.

He has a lot to prove to progress at Villa.  Meanwhile hopefully someone will be having a quiet word in his shell like and a qualification will be forthcoming.

He knows how to make a splash though, I'll give him that!
