No defenders on the bench - and not many on the pitch  Against the best strikeforce in the country. Scarey.

Feck me, we'd better hope we don't need to bring a defender on.

Delph has been played as a full back, hasn't he?
Now before anyone says anything I now he isn't a defender and he'll get a yellow or red card!

Not very well though. Imagine him in defence with those attackers running at him? I'd rather have Hutton on the bench, which shows how thin we are defensively!

Good to see Westwood wasn't automatically dropped just because KEA's back from suspension. Lambo really does make them play for the shirt, great to see.

To be honest, it'll probably be the highlight of the day, that United line-up should go through us on a fair few occasions, but there's no harm in going for it.

Shocking decision by the worst referee in the premier league again in the arsenal game. NOT GOOD ENOUGH should be de-promoted to division 3 and loss his £100,000 salary!

Derrick Williams
Nationality:
Irish
Date of Birth:
17/01/1993
Height:
5' 11" (180cm)
Weight:
11st 11lbs (75.0kg)

Derrick Williams made a significant contribution to Villa's success in the reserve league and NextGen Series last term.

The Republic of Ireland U19 international's form also propelled him to the fringes of the first team.

In fact, Williams was named on the bench for Barclays Premier League games against Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool.

Operating either as a central defender or a left-back, he appeared 20 times for the title-winning second string side as well as playing in all but one of Villa's matches in the new European NextGen tournament.

I don't watch much football outside of Villa these days.  I'd forgotten Young is at Utd, how has he done there?
