Well Lawro has been quite scathing of us stating that we resemble a Championship side that has just been promoted with a lack of quality.

Pin it up on the dressing room wall Mr Lambert (although there is an element of truth).

I hate him. Hate him. He doesn't bother to actually look at any evidence outside of his beloved top 5 or so, and then delivers his wanky, patronising and, invariably, crap pronouncements from on high. I don't care what he says or thinks, I'm only annoyed that license fee money is wasted on this insight-vacuum.

Nani is out.

Brave man, I wondered who would be the first.
Maybe more footballers will come out now.

Nani is out.

He's not really injured, he just needs more time to perfect his Sammy Davis Jr tribute act

Same here. There are one of the most pointless teams on this league.

Predictable comments, but if teams like us are "pointless", ManU can't really be considered that great can they?

These comments  about teams being 'boring' and 'pointless' are one of the most tiresome things of modern football.

Apart from the fact that using the phrase "on this league" indicates someone who isn't exactly born & bred Mancunian, or even on the same continent, do they ever stop to think who their team would play every week if it wasn't for all these 'pointless' opponents?
