In a QF line-up containing Bradford, Leeds, Middlesborough and possibly Swansea and Norwich, I'm guessing we get Arsenal or Man U away.

Is it weird I think I'd probably expect us to do better against one of the bigger teams than against  Bradford or 'Boro?

Last time I can remember watching us play Bradford i'm sure it was at home and Gregory went 5 at the back and we  won 1 nil in a game at least as tedious as anything McLeish served up.

And with a couple of notable exceptions, '81 and that 5-1 game under BFR, I can't remember too many good results at home to Boro, which is why if we got them i'd want it at their place.

I just have the Doncaster ingrained into my memory.

Draw will be delayed as Chavski - Manure goes to ET.

No we need to beat one f these in the QF as it will be more difficult in the semi or final.

If United join Spurs and Liverpool in being knocked out tonight, it's been perfect with the draw in mind.

Not relevant to us I know, but it good to see how things pan out.

Off the BBC twitter

Gerrard thumps a fierce long range shot against the post. Rebound falls to Downing who shoots wide with the goal at his mercy

It won't be Arse or Manure, it will be Norwich, away.

Mind you, pretty much the only time I can remember us winning at Norwich was in the LC. A few days after they'd given us their usual shoeing there in the FA Cup.

I'd prefer Chelsea out, they tend to play a stronger side than the Mancs do.
