Presumably some of our players will need resting, though we're running out of defensive minded options!

Bannan, Ireland, Bent to come in for me. Think I'd go:

Given - Herd, Lowton, Vlaar, Lichaj - Albrighton, KEA, Bannan - Ireland - Weimann, Bent

I wouldn't have Albrighton anywhere near the side.
Guzan-lichaj Clark vlaar lowton-Holman KEA herd Bannan Ireland-Agbonlahor up top on his own. Flood the midfield with our most creative players and pas the life out of them with Gabby running through the defence. Keep it on the floor

Routine 2-0 win for Swindon. My predictions are always correct

Didn't you predict Norwich to win 3-1?

We'll win this. It'll be scrappy but we'll do them.

Yes. My predictions are always accurate. Which is why I'm predicting a Villa defeat

Apart from the fact that Norwich didn't beat us 3-1 and the game was a draw it was an amazingly accurate prediction.  ;)

Given
Hutton, Lowton, Vlaar, Stevens
Delph, Bannan
Carruthers, Ireland, Gabby
Bent

This is the ideal game to bring Hutton back as we are 1 or 2 injuries away from needing him.

Delph and Bannan anchoring will hopefully mean one of them passing in a forward direction.

Ireland behind Bent with Gabby and Carruthers wide would hopefully say 'attack'

Hutton , Delph and gabby - no thanks.

Hutton out, Herd in. Stephens out and Warnock in - we may need him soon.
He won't start Bent

Warnock's at Bolton isn't he?

Good Lord, its like a gullible prove a point thread at times!

We will win, with a scare and some unfortunate pressure, but a win in the end.
Not far from Wembley after that.

Not sure if Baker or Clark are available, but if they are I would push Herd into midfield to give us a bit more of a physical presence in there.  I would also consider starting Gabby, as his pace will trouble League One defenders.  The last thing we need in this type of game is a half-hearted Bent going through the motions up front.

Pretty sure that PL said Baker and Clark would not be ready for Tuesday. Agreed on Herd, Gabby and Bent. We just gotta put Ireland in for this one and probably Bannan. Please not Albrighton or Delph!

As they often say in Star Wars films - "I've got a bad feeling about this".
