Oops, the title should read 'chief executive' instead of 'chairman'. Not sure if you can modify the title? Perhaps a Mod can do it.

I don't accept his apology.
As a Villa supporter of over 40 years, I felt like he was calling me completely useless.
I want financial compensation from him for the distress he has caused me in the last few days.
He may not have said the exact words, but I felt like he thought I was a pleb.
I'm not going to let this rest.
