I also wonder what Rangers fans are saying about him in a week when they lost to Stirling and he said they would never rejoin the SPL while he was there. I'm just wondering how un-useless Rangers would have been if they'd had to compete in the PL and English cups.  They might have a big fan base but they've only got into Europe regularly because they were playing in a mickey mouse league that was a two horse race. And they couldn't even do that without cooking the books.   Why he thiinks that would make them obvious candidates for a European super league, I don't know, they're not even on a par with teams like Cluj and Young Boys.  In other words, they were the European equivalent of Southampton, just making up the numbers.
