Someone posted last week that under Paul Lambert its going to be a roller coaster ride this season.

That being the case I see the Baggies going 5-0 up after 30mins and after a couple of clever tactical changes at half time Villa storm back to win 6-5!

Or something like that.  I dont think this one will be the usual 0-0 or 1-1 local derby. I predict a goal fest.

4-1, Stripey filth to take the lead early on, the mighty Villa to blitz them after!

Bent 18
Gabby 28, 56
Benteke 81

Some knob for them 11

Not far off a full house & Villa Park rocking!!!

3-2 to us, Gabby, Benteke and Vlaar with an overhead kick from the halfway line to win it. First 40000+ gate of the year

As many have pointed out were so unpredictable and guessing what team will start or the result is almost impossible. I'll play it safe and go for 1-1 Gabby.

I don't care how well they've started, I refuse to believe they are better than us. We've got to beat them.

I have absolutely no idea about this one. The most unlikely outcome is a draw si I'll go for that. 3-3.

I'd be tempted to partner benteke and gabby and have nzogbia just behind- they looked decent last night and gelled well.

                       Guzan

Lowton.      Vlaar.        Clark.     Bennett

         Holman.    El- ahmedi.    Delph

                         Nzogbia

               Gabby.         Benteke

Subs- given, baker,lichaj,albrighton,bent,bannan,herd

Same team for me.

Gabby and Benteke did more than enough to keep the shirt, as did Charlie. Bent has to wait his turn now, but will be back I am sure soon enough.

Weimann on the bench too though. He played ok last night and worked hard from reports.

some wanker wearing a Tesco bag for a shirt.

Shall we all bring a Tesco bag to wave at them like dirty flags each time we score and sing T-E-S-C-O (like D-I-S-C-O)?

I'm bringing my 7 year old boy to his first ever game on Sunday. Holte Lower, L6 row Q. We'll bring four, one for each hand.

4-3, I reckon. I foresee a free-scoring, high tempo, open match with some good football played by both sides. Not sure who'll make our eleven, but there will be goals from everywhere - a defender (Vlaar), a set piece (Vlaar again), a midfielder (El-Ahmadi) and a forward (Benteke). Don't care who scores for them, as long as we score one more than they do Felix & I will be happy boys.
