It's all about pride. Winning is a bonus, the best thing about tonight is that we weren't cowed, we weren't beaten when we left Brum, we have a manager who wants to hold his head high rather than shrug his shoulders.

We have a man who knows what it requires to manage Aston Villa.

If we get beat sometimes I don't mind as long as we put in a performance and have a bloody good go. Tonight just goes to show what can be achieved when you have a go at the top teams.
