William Hill are only offering 16/1 on a Balotelli hattrick.

3-1 to them

Looking at who did not start for them yesterday is scary :

Richards (might be injured ?)
Maicon
Kolarov
Toure K
Barry
Milner
Nasri
Rodwell
Tevez
Balotelli

Bloody hell, that shows their confidence - They're gonna play us without a keeper !

I think both Maicon and Milner are injured and won't play

I'm going into this game with a different frame of mind.  I am expecting the worst so, when the inevitable 3 goals against are administered I wont be that surprised or downhearted.

The way we are a the moment I'd dare anybody to predict with any confidence how we might play, having said all that:  City 2- Us 0

Tough decision for Lambert tomorrow in regards to what team he puts out.  With our next game being on Sunday, I think we go there with a fairly strong side, but also use it as an opportunity to give one or two a start.  I would go with a team looking something like:

                  Given

Lowton  Vlaar Baker Bennett

Holman  El Ahmadi Delph  N'Zogbia

              Gabby   Bent

Would be very nice to get a result and go through, but a good performance is important after the debacle on Saturday.

I doubt it. Maybe 2000 Villa will make the trip in a crowd of 31000-33000.

Charlie needs to start in the hole, as I think he will be stepping in for Ireland.
