What's most surprising has been the lack of serious intent to keep possession today, totally the reverse of the Swansea game. I can only imagine that hopeful lofted balls in the general direction of Benteke are to blame.

Jesus christ. At least ive got lambert in my fantasy team, as well as bent and cole. Unluckily I've benched Clyne and have ciaran clark too

What a disintegration in the second half

Norwich got turned over a fair bit last year I recall. I reckon there'll be a fair few more of these

I don't care about being in transition, this is a shit result. We've been poor tactically, commitment wise and ability wise.

Bennett looks about 13.

That's the thing I am worried about. Not that a player looks 13, but that it's great taking a punt on young players from the lower leagues, but I wonder if we've risked a bit too much in doing that.

Westwood, Bennett and Lowton have a handful of top flight appearances between them. Lowton has done pretty well, but I think there is going to come a time this season when we'll be looking for someone with a bit of experience to come in and provide a bit of backbone, a bit of savvy.

Who is that going to be?

maybe a new song - our team comes from a league down below (englishman in new york)

Can't wait to hear from His Twatness, Robbie Savage...

I think it's time to stop giving Robbie Savage any mentions. Villa are shit, but I couldn't give a fuck what that twat thinks about my team.

Totally outclassed today ..worrying considering Southamptons recent results.

Ramierz .Lallana and Lambert took us apart time and time again. The lack of width didn't help the FB went forward to support and they less acres of space which they exploited.Big bump to earth after last week. Also we were much worse once Ireland went off ,lost all ability to link the forwards with midfield.
