Its going jolly well at Northampton at the minute. May has scored twice.

Comfortable win for Glaws. Into the top four. Might have been better still if the ref had a clue how to officiate a scrum.

Looks like Cowan might be out for a bit after his injury Saturday so young Robbo could be due a run.

It looks quite nasty when you see it on the highlights, if a player goes down like that when no one is around it's generally not pleasant.

Same incident - I'm disappointed that the ref didn't stop the game, he was clearly in trouble but with play still 'live' May had little choice but to play the ball.  Tindall didn't like it, and his challenge shows as much, but you can't fault May for it.

I did chuckle at Tindall's "clearing out" after that.

A lot of Worcester fans moaning about the late penalty try. In reality, if you cynically trip a bloke as he's running through, you're going to get caught out. Glad the TMO was there though as I can't see a ref having the balls to give it in real time. More worrying is how poor Glos have been this year. I cannot see them getting anything at the Wreck on Friday - not even a LBP.

They're really missing Burns and Billy 36, those 2 have been 2 of the best players in the league this season (they'd probably take 10 and 12 in a team of the year currently) and the quality isn't there to replace them.  Trinder did very well though, glad to see him getting back to fitness and form, a few years ago I picked him as the best young centre in europe (when he was about 18) so I really don't want to have to back down on that claim, but his injury last year has set him back a fair bit.

That's been the trouble of late. Mills is not close to an adequate replacement for Burns at ten.

I couldn't get my hat on the bitching of the Worcester fans about the decision. Cheating twat.

In fourth at the minute though and a decent cushion over Bath at the minute to ensure Heineken qualification.

I think I read earlier that Freddie is due back this weekend so that takes care of 10 for Glaws.  I would also imagine that Twelvetrees will be released by England as he didn't get a run out in the France game.  If Morgan is also back, not sure if he is or not, then suddenly the trip to Bath doesn't look quite as daunting for you guys does it?

Hoping Gloucester can get into the top 4, but have to say I think Sarries, Quins and Leicester are all as step too far at the moment for them.  However, they are building nicely and I do think that Davies is a seriusly good coach so looks okay for the future I would say?

Davies is doing alright. We will look a lot better once Sinbad and Olly Morgan are available as well.

I'd never rely on those pair being fit, it's asking to be disappointed, which is infuriating as they're both comfortably international class when they're available.

Simpson Daniel is Gloucester's best player of the professional era. As with organ he's a top player but I'd question his value given how brittle his body is. Big game Friday night at the Wreck.
