SkySports say goal was from Villa's first attack but Jack W has us with two Bent shots saved.

It was our 5th attempt on goal.

I'm probably being a little harsh here, and it seems a bit churlish to moan at this point but Ireland does look to me to be strolling through the game somewhat. A couple of times he's let players waltz away from him.

It wasn't our first attack at all.

Bet it is on MotD

I think Newcastle have been on top but they haven't really had many chances.  Bent should have scored a few minutes before Clark scored.
