Second shot on target of the season? Let's at least try and get something out of the game in terms of pride.

Why did lichaj shoot there?

Kea starting to look a little better

Still bloody depressing overall though!

Is that our second goal in about 16 games. 10 since February I think!

The ref hasn't helped us at all, every time one of their players has gone down he's given a free kick, and he;s given us very little.

I still think the major problem here was Given gifting them a 2nd.  We'd just started to get involved in the game when that happened.

Sorry mate, we;ve never been in this game.  Not for one minute.

I'm sorry, we're shit and relegated and might as well sack the lot of them then, that better?

Nope, didn't say that and there's no need to be so touchy.

Not being touchy, just tried to say I don't think the game would've been anything like this if Given hadn't made such a terrible error, it's an opinion, I think the game was quite even for 5minutes or so before the goal, but that's clearly not an opinion anyone on here wants to read right now so I thought I'd join in with the doom and gloom instead.

KEA booking sums up my thoughts on the ref, there have been 7-8 challenges like that from both teams, no idea why he felt that one deserved a booking.

Is it my tears of sorrow or has it gone a little blurry?

We look better without Clark and Bannan

Baker looks the most likely to make it and he was one we never used to build up.

The ref from last week was a ****** against us too.

Is there any point of Holman? But Karim and Ron look tidy

I just don't see what Holman "does" - he contributed zero last week and I'd forgotten he'd actually been brought on here.

I'd bring Warnock & Dunne back for the next game.

I agree karim is starting to play - now the speed and intensity ha dropped. Hopefully a goo sign that he can become a good player

But he really needs a minder to sit deeper and let him play. He doesn't really look like a dcm to me.

It's just occurred to me that we have two fwds and 2 wingers on the pitch despite having ten men.

It's an indictment of Bannan and Clark that we're better with ten men on the pitch.

I wonder if we'd been as bad if Delph played instead of Bannan. Not saying Delph would have made all the difference but I just wasn't sure about that midfield selection especially against a physically strong team like Everton.

I had high hopes with him being mentioned in the Jimmy Milner bracket but reminds me more of Albrighton but in the middle. Ron will be a ledge here and Karim will probably be sold too Arsenal for £20 million next summer.
