Lambert is a decent manager but has been given basically no money (where was the 20 odd million kitty? - we have probably spent net £5m and our wages are probably lower this season). The players we have are simply not good enough and some are performing nowhere near their ability (i include nzogbia, ireland and bent in particular here but, certainly with the first 2, i cant see it getting any better either).
