A winning start.
I only saw the first half on AVTV but from what I saw It looks promising.
KEA looked very very good, Enda Stevens looked good and Matt Lowton looked good at centre back too.
It was nice to see some of the young guns get a start.
Apparently the 2nd half was a complete new 10 outfield players.
From what I heard Holman and Baker both played well

Just back, fun day out, 2nd half we seemed to get going and they really tired
Good displays from KEA Stevens Hollman Weimann & Bannan
All in all a good workout
Oh and Hutton looks to have been on the pies all summer

Match report copied off my phone Won two one came from behind after sluggish start. Own goal and Holman. Bossed game for last 70 minutes. Holman played well and scored good goal Lowton was ok Al Ahrami was excellent.

Good day out - travelling support over 2,000 - great turn out for a friendly, over half the total gate.
KEA looked really good on the ball first half and Lowton looked incredibly composed at CB. Holman did well after a bit of a shaky start in 2nd half - took the goal really well. Clarky, Johnson, Lichaj and Gabby looked good. Hutton was shit.

Enjoyed the second half (got in for nowt at half time !) We seemed to keep the ball well , Holman was working his socks off and took his goal well. The problem I think we have currently is a lack off goal threat. The best Villa sides have all had a big centre forward and we need that now. Lambert used that in the form of Holt with loads of crosses going in, can't see where those crosses are coming from and who will be on the end of them  at the moment .By the way , how good was standing on a terrace full of fellow Villa fans! Bring back a standing area in our stadium!
