RIP Dave Wangerin
« on: June 30, 2012, 10:00:12 PM »
If you remember the German Football Fanzine Elfmeter and read When Saturday Comes during the 90s, you'll have been familiar with my friend Dave. He was the regular Villa contributor to WSC for most of the 90s - and he was the biggest Half Man Half Biscuit fan that I knew.

News of his death was announced here:

Please visit his website to learn more about his writing on US Football history:

Goodbye, my friend. I'm glad that I knew ya.

What a shame, enjoyed reading that fanzine which was a great insight into a better organised and less ridiculous version of the PL. RIP.

There's a tribute in the latest When Saturday Comes issue.

Shame, RIP
