Is it now defunct? If so, should it be removed from Heroes Links?

A live time chat room would be a great asset but every time i popped into it in the past it was empty- would be good if we could get people using in a regular basis.

Christ I wasn't even aware of it. I'd use it quite a lot, and I think this shows it needs to be a more obvious. Maybe advertise it more or something?
