And these are the bands currently signed up

Having already confirmed the appearance of The Culture, Dakota Beats and The Lines, Villa are thrilled to add Bluebeat Arkestra to the music roster.

What would be really good would be to have a new [vibrant] manager in place before then

I was told by a realiable source that, as the festival reaches a climax, our new manager will burst out of a giant cardboard cake wearing our 2012/13 nylon, Macron, claret and blue, £50 fire hazard of a shirt.

I'm a grumpy twat, but I find this US-style razamataz a tad embarrassing

Fair play to the club - Faulkener might be shit at appointing managers but as for innovitive marketing ideas he is top notch

I will be there

Never heard of any of those bands but they all sound like indie sorts so it's not suprising.
Can't we have Napalm Death, Godflesh, GBH, Cerebral Fix, Benediction and so on?

I want to see Jim White getting smashed about in a pit when SKY report on it.

I think Mazrim you need to be head of events at Villa Park.

Great idea, get a buzz going at villa park during the off season. Would be great to introduce the new manager too.

I mentioned it on the other kit threat, I thought it was strange though still having the Nike logo next to the Genting one (I know it's probably to do with them still being out official parterre until a certain date). But since it's to launch a new kit by a different make I thought it was odd to have the email with the Nike logo on

Could not care less about a kit launch. What we need is for faulkner to get finger out and get a manager . Then the manager will have time to sort the team out to play in there new kit.

Doing this doesn't mean he can't do the other, there is more then one facet to the club that has to be catered for.

Somniloquism. point 1, we are a football club not a brand or whatever he calls it now .Its more important to sort out a manager than a kit launch. Point 2. He is the luckest man at villa park to still have a job after his last 2 appointments. Sorry if you dont agree .But all im bothered about is what happens on the pitch.

They will be calling it Villa Park Hub next.

They'll be taking out the capitals and spaces and insisting it is written in italics, or something, like that big shopping centre in town.
